To ensure a smooth and well-organized experience for all participants, please kindly take a moment to review the following important information regarding travel arrangements, arrival procedures, and general guidelines for the PSA Photo Gathering 2026 in Vietnam.
- Flight Ticket Booking & Arrival Date
Please kindly book your flight tickets if you have not done so. Participants are expected to arrive in Hanoi on 23 April 2026. The official PSA-PG 2026 program will commence on 24 April 2026.
- Arrival Information Collection
We will collect details of your arrival time and flight information. Please wait until a further announcement regarding this matter.
- Airport Pick-up Service
Please note that airport pick-up service may be available only during specific hours, depending on group arrivals. Further details regarding the availability and arrangements of airport pick-up will be announced later.
- Hotel Check-in Time
The hotel check-in time on 23 April 2026 is from 3:00 PM.
- Registration & Welcome Kit
There will be a registration for PSA-PG participants on 23 April 2026 at the hotel, where you can collect your name tag and welcome kit. Please note that there will be no dinner or official program on 23 April, as participants arrive at different times.
- Currency Exchange
If you need to exchange to local currency (Vietnamese Dong – VND), please kindly do so at the airport for convenience.
- Local SIM Card
If you need to purchase a local SIM card, we recommend buying it at the airport for convenience.
- Visa Requirement
Please ensure that you apply for the necessary visa to enter Vietnam. Visa requirements vary by nationality; kindly check with the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your country to obtain accurate and up-to-date information.

ADDITIONAL NOTES (As previously mentioned on the PSA-PG website)
Please note that you will NOT be able to change your T-shirt size as stated in the registration form, as T-shirts are produced in limited quantities exclusively for PSA-PG.
During PSA-PG, a variety of international and local Vietnamese cuisine will be served. Participants with food allergies are advised to exercise caution and may contact the organizers on site before consuming food.
Vegetarian meals and meals suitable for Indian participants will be arranged based on the dietary information provided in the registration form.
For participants with an OUTSTANDING BALANCE, please kindly settle the remaining fee upon arrival during registration with the PSA-PG Core Team.
FOR PARTICIPANTS JOINING THE EXTENSION TOUR
The baggage allowance is 7 kg carry-on luggage and 20 kg checked baggage. As the airline strictly enforces baggage limits, any excess weight will require an additional fee.
As the number of extension tour participants is below 70, an additional surcharge of USD 130 per person applies, as previously announced. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
