VIETNAM WEATHER
Vietnam’s northern region (Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Thai Nguyen) in late April is in the transition between spring and early summer, creating excellent conditions for photography: mild temperatures, soft light, green landscapes, and stable weather.

Hotels in Vietnam are well regarded for their professionalism, hospitality, and high service standards. For PSA-PG 2026, all participants will be accommodated in 5-star hotels in Hanoi, Ninh Binh and 4-star hotels in Thai Nguyen, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay throughout the program.
However, due to the limited availability of room types—especially Twin Rooms (2 single beds)—participants may be assigned to Double Rooms with one large bed for two people to share, depending on hotel inventory at each location.
To ensure fairness for all participants, hotel assignments and room types will be allocated strictly on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis, determined by VALID REGISTRATION*.
*Valid Registration means:
- The online registration form has been completed, AND
- Full payment has been successfully received by the organizer.
